Shopping Online / Placing an Order 


1) How do I place an order? 

 All orders are placed online through the site. Simply click on the product you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, and proceed in either purchasing additional items or to the payment page. 


2) When and how soon is my order processed?
Orders are processed during regular business hours, from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and immediately after payment has been confirmed.Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) will be processed on the next business day. 


3) Can I cancel my order?
When payment has already been made, you may no longer cancel or change your order. It is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before clicking the ‘Place Order’ button.

1) What are my payment options? 

Customers can pay for the items and other charges, if any (i.e. delivery), through any of the following modes of payment:
 · Cash on Delivery
 · Paypal

Order Tracking and Delivery 


1) How do I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number and courier details. You may then enter your tracking number in the courier’s page to get details regarding the shipment. Please allow one (1) business day for our couriers to update their records.

2) Where do you deliver?
B&C delivers within the Philippines only. We currently do not ship to international locations.

B&C Shipping info:
1) After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process. 


2) Upon successful verification (time frame: within 24 - 48 hours after ordered date), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
 ·In Metro Manila Areas: 1 – 7 calendar days - twice a week - Thursday and Sunday (except holidays) 


3) To make sure orders are delivered on time, the customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details.


4) Complete delivery details include:
 a) Name of recipient
 b) Address for residence: House no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, village/subdivision, barangay, town, province, and zip code
 c) Address for office building: Company name, unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province, and zip code 


5) The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged.

B&C cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond its control such as storms, earthquakes, or floods.


Return Policy:
B&C offers free returns and exchanges on all orders.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. We are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke items that were made to your specifications.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of B&C. All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date, provided the items are returned in accordance with the policy laid out below:· Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened or unused, with tags/labelling attached.
· Returned items and delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer until they reach B&C, the return address provided (TBA).
· Please keep a proof of postage and tracking number as a record of your returned goods.
· A refund in a form of store credit will be issued once we receive the returned items intact.
· Any items that are used or damaged when received by B&C will not be eligible for a store credit or refund, until a full investigation of the cause of damage or use has been verified.

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, these charges are the consumers responsibility.
